After you give it a try...If you are interested in joining roller derby but have not played before, we hold a beginner training program entitled “Fresh Meat” each year in September and January.
This program will teach all basics;
from skating to falling (yep, all the falling), to hitting, to strategy. We will make sure you are both safe and confident when you hit the track, in whatever capacity feels right for you!

These programs are challenging yet fun. We will train and test you on basic skills and official rules, and prepare you to play derby. After successfully completing Fresh Meat training, advanced skating skills, and written rules testing, recruits are eligible to skate with one of our competitive teams.

Check out the League Calendar for our next Scheduled Practice!
